Hahaha. Speaking of whatever, doesn't Jeb Bush look like a cross between George W. Bush and Mitt Romney?! Ominous!

I love Mark Sisson and the Perfect Health Diet is exactly what I follow. Not as restrictive as the traditional low carb diet.

I'm wondering, what do you think of the legume restriction Meade and Shanna?

I ordered a Vitamix blender today to join in the green shake craze. Til it arrives, I am chewing on unsmoothies. I watched Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and Food Matters on Netflix this weekend and was inspired. Lots of fb friends post about their green smoothies.

It's too big to think about overhauling everything or giving up anything, but if I make some enjoyable smoovies with some good nutrition, I might feel better and shift that direction naturally. I think I might vitamix produce into green oblivion for breakfast and dinner, then eat whatever for lunch while I dine with coworkers.

Seems like there's a lot of health advice out there and it's hard to reconcile it all and suss out what's real and doable in my life.

So I'm cobbling together what I can that works for me.

Tonight's concoction is butter leaf lettuce, banana, pineapple, coconut, blueberry, flaxseed.

Yesterday afternoon and this morning, I used an apple...and I do believe it helped my arthritis pain.

Anybody here do green smoovies?

Legume restriction? I say all things in moderation.

Green smoovies sound groovy.
