At the Allium Spacecraft Café...

... don't take off just yet.

(That's my photo, animated by Chip Ahoy, according to instructions by Penny.)

Looks like the Space Shuttle landing inside the Borg mother ship.

Which would probably be what a lot of Lefties would love to happen to the space program.

Nicely done, Chip.

Tomorrow's my birthday! What does that mean? It means, time for some more blatant commercialism!

Give me a wonderful birthday present by purchasing one of my limited-edition prints or drawings.

@Palladian: There's been a few times I've wanted to order one of your prints, but every time I try the website times out and becomes unusable. The minute I can get it to work successfully you'll be in the money.

From Forbes, here's a banner that would be a total win for any Republican contender who has the balls to run with it:

Abolish the TSA, and return the responsibility for air security to the airlines.

'Cuz, you know, the longer the country puts up with TSA abuse and incompetence, the more entrenched they will be as a political interest. How bad do they need to be before someone running for President even suggests putting a stop to them?

Why don't the Republican candidates offer real alternatives like this?

I'm sorry about this. Server problems. If anyone has a problem accessing pages of my site, you can always email me directly at sketchbook at evanizer dot com.

"My God ... It's full of seeds!"

Why is the spacecraft taking off sideways, instead of straight up?

Unknown said...

@jon:for low-atmosphere flight, it has invisible airfoils that it uses to generate lift. Thus the horizontal motion.

Thanks, Chip. Ever creative, ever clever.

Also thanks to you, I slept in my own bed last night. To friends of Meadehouse...The mattress in their spare room is lumpy.

I think the Globemaster would be the best Allium Spaceship prototype.

Chip's like our very own Terry Gilliam.

Outstanding.
